Who we are
P&D Consulting is a private firm dedicated to developing team building skills and organizational relationships. Our focus is directed at organizations in public service, from local governments to the federal agencies. We have also worked extensively with non-profit organizations. We deliver training and consulting services drawn from the most up-to-date practices and principles. We customize our training and consulting to the needs of the client.
What We Offer
P&D offers a variety of training opportunities that address needed skills and competencies for public organizations. The training may take place in open enrollment classes and series, wherein individuals can register for the classes. We also offer contract classes for organizational teams that are designed to address particular issues for the client. One unique aspect of our services is that we adjust to the needs of those taking the classes and emphasize the importance of answering questions. We also provide a variety of consulting services, ranging from conflict intervention to morale issues. We recognize the best solutions are those that we enable the client to develop. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all strategy of problem solving.

Dr. Patrick Sullivan has been involved in the public sector for over 50 years. He has worked in the federal government, state government, and public universities. His areas of expertise include:

Dawn Sullivan has been with P&D and its predecessor for over 20 years. She has experience in working with boards and organizing teams. She is highly skilled in editing documents and conducting research. Dawn is primarily responsible for the business practices of P&D.
